My neighbor has been making delicious plain yogurt in her half gallon yogurt maker, from our goat’s milk. I’ve been wanting to learn to make yogurt for quite some time, but heard that it can be kind of touchy. Why, because it has to be kept at a consistent temperature during incubation. I finally decided to try a crock pot method that I found online. It works wonderfully! And EASY!!!
Things you need
- crock pot that has a WARM temperature setting
